Snap wel wat ze bedoelt, maar aan de andere kant vind ik het ook zwaar onzin. Alle teamleden op alle servers worden ondergewaardeerd en dat is nu eenmaal zo. Daar kan iedereen wat van vinden, maar het maakt niemand speciaal en ze hoeft echt niet te zeuren want ze doet nu alsof de Engelse D's de enige zijn waar dit bij aan de hand is.

that's really not what it meant, i meant it more in a way of that kaj is way more focused on the nl server based on the time he spends there
i also think that he prefers certain types of design styles that are more prevalent here on the nl server than on the other servers
there are always team members and designers that are underappreciated and for me thats almost every dt member that doesn't get paid in any way for the work they do

Don't worry, that he is online here, does not mean he actually answers his mail. I think you might be right that he slightly prefers the Dutch server since he can host meetings and stuff here, but that doesn't mean any team member is treated differently than on the English server.

Every team member gets the same treatment, whether you/we like it or not.

As far as i know Sol is the only one that's being paid and she makes about 20+ sets a month that people love and pay a lot of money for, so i kinda understand that reasoning for paying her
Kaj does have certain type that he likes that's true, but srsly when he's online here he is not talking with the teams, we're being treated the same

Goodluck with your art that u want to focus more on, can't wait to see the beautiful things u'll make <3

i do think that its very transparent that he prefers certain designers over others and those designers are mostly on the nl server
