She pulls herself from the ground and tries to reach a chair. I go through all the cupboards but don't see that damned First Aid Kit. "Can you be any slower with that first aid kit?" She groans. I see now that she removed the knife out of leg. "If you organised your damned cupboards it might go faster, yeah," I mumble and try to ignore Noah who crawled up again. He walkes over to me and starts looking for the bandages as well. "Thanks for the black eye, Big Guy," he jokes and pats me on the shoulder. I doubt wheter I should say something back but I don't.
When I open a random drawer out of frustration I find the kit and walk back to Emilee, who's pretty much fainting on that chair. "Gonna sting," is all I tell her when I apply some straight alcohol to the wound. She grunts from the pain but she's tougher than she looks like. "She's getting cold," I tell Noah. He can read my mind after all these years of being together and he takes of his jacket, giving it to her. She shivers at first but then takes it.
I rip her pants till just above her knee, so I can do the bandages around her knee. She's clearly in pain as I wrap them around her knee. I hope the bleeding won't wrench the bandages, cause she doesn't have many left. "Get wounded much?" I ask her, looking at the poor stash in her kit which tells me I'm right.
